Home office: Westmount or Montréal

Permanent full-time position (35 hours) daytime, Monday to Friday

A glimpse of your daily life:

As an assistant in our bonding team, you will be responsable for providing administrative support to our account directors. You will be responsible for managing the different requests and client files, aswell as contributing to the overall client service :

  • You will prepare and manage files, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information in documents and forms.
  • You will archive and organize documents efficiently.
  • You will handle invoicing for various commercial and contractor bond cases.
  • You will respond to calls and emails from clients and partners to facilitate communication among clients, surety companies, and other stakeholders.
  • You ensure follow-up on surety bond expiration dates and necessary renewals, as well as updating files. You also send reminders for upcoming renewal deadlines to ensure compliance.
  • Throughout all of this, you embody Fort’s values as an ambassador.

The experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
